Basic Information:

• Devices are provided for both Personal and Business use.
• Devices come with pre-installed licensed OS (Windows / Linux as applicable).
• Basic software and drivers required for normal operation will be installed.
• Third-party or paid software licenses are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Usage & Care:

• The customer is responsible for safe usage and basic care of the device.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, fire damage, theft, or electrical surge damage is not covered under standard rental terms.
• Devices must not be opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Service & Replacement:

• In case of a technical fault not caused by misuse, replacement or repair will be initiated within 72 working hours.
• Replacement device (if required) will be of same or higher configuration, subject to availability.
• Temporary downtime due to diagnostics or logistics is not eligible unless agreed.

Accessories & Packaging:

• Laptop rentals include laptop and charger only.
• Carry bags, external accessories, mouse, keyboard, or peripherals are not included unless mentioned separately.
